This crazy ice tower is actually a cell tower after a snow storm. Because of the dense snow and high wind speeds, the snow and ice took over this tower. Even though these icicles are vertical, they are still extremely dangerous. The man pictured is probably chipping away at the icicles to prevent injuries to the people in the area.
